“versatile CAM with efficient support
Pros
The CAM interface is very nicely done with a strong range of toolpath strategies to work with. One thing I really appreciate is that there are no yearly maintenance fees or subscription charges. Customer service has also been very reliable Patrick at OneCNC has been especially helpful whenever questions come up. The updates add worthwhile features but even without constantly upgrading, the software still gets the job done. I've used it often for drafting and creating simple parts and both the support team and the user forum have been excellent. It's also easy to learn and use.
Cons
One drawback about it is that the number of licenses you can use at the same time is quite limited. Also, the way some features connect with each other seems to lean more toward 3D modeling which can feel restrictive depending on how you want to use it.
