While the platform offers numerous features, I find that they lack continuity, leading to unnecessary complexity.

Cons

My experience with the implementation team was very very disappointing. They provided false information about features and forced us a lot regarding "milestones." Despite spending a significant amount of money, we were unable to use the system. Disappointed!

OptiPro ERP is my go to software for managing our production process. With its help we streamline scheduling and effortlessly track, report, and manage inventory by utilizing the BOM control feature. The level of customization available is truly limitless, allowing me to tailor my arsenal of tools to suit our specific needs.

Cons

Initially, the learning curve can be a bit difficult but I believe this is a common experience when implementing any new software system that aims to handle and manage the entire company.

Pros

One of the standout advantages of OptiPro ERP is the ability to preview the impact of journal entries before finalizing transactions. This feature effectively prevents potential errors from occurring. The convenience of having multiple functional processes integrated into a single system is truly remarkable. Moreover the messaging function enables me to alert others about open transactions that may require approval or immediate action.

Cons

The process of conducting Production Order transactions is not particularly intuitive. It took me a few guided walkthroughs to grasp the workflow. Additionally the character limitation in the serial number field necessitated the creation of a custom field to accommodate our longer product scanned serial numbers.

OptiPro ERP impresses me with its ability to drill down into detailed information, making analysis and decision making a breeze. The software's intuitive nature ensures ease of use while the table copying feature simplifies data duplication. Additionally the seamless process of copying quotes and purchase requests to orders and purchase orders enhances our procurement workflow.

Cons

It can be a bit difficult to create new BOM revisions for minor adjustments such as changes in bin location.
