“Detailed suites for Biopharma

Pros

In our experience it comes with a range of suites that feel essential today for companies trying to scale quickly especially in the bio/pharma space. One thing I appreciate is how they offer different suites based on customer requirements such as the MES suite. The software is also well optimized for end users so it is quite easy for teams to work with in day-to-day operations. Another plus is that the company keeps introducing new features regularly to align with customer needs and feedback. On top of that it helps reduce both operational time and overall costs. A big advantage on the production side is that once the shop floor team completes its work, there is much less need for an intensive review from the unit head. That is mainly because PAS-X enables workers and staff on the production line to capture data points effectively and accurately.

Cons

There is nothing major that really goes against it but there are still a couple of areas where it could improve. The biggest one is pricing since it would be helpful if they offered a wider range of solutions that could better fit small-scale businesses as well. Also, the user interface could be faster and a bit more responsive.

From our side, it works well with manufacturing facilities and ERP systems and its overall performance has been good. It also helps simplify the administration of the MBR Library while the interface feels more responsive and user-friendly.

Cons

It's fairly intricate and can take a lot of time to work through which makes navigation challenging. There are also issues tied to the life science system that can cause delays.

“Impressive exception handling

Pros

Among all the MES systems available exception handling in it is the easiest and user-friendly for me.

Cons

MBR Library administration feels more complicated than it needs to be and could be simplified.
