“AI that spots issues early
Pros
Being new to the platform, I've already seen how useful the AI is in working with the data to spot recurring issues more effectively. It has made a big difference in cutting down problems by pushing people to properly diagnose issues instead of guessing.
Cons
At this stage, there's very little I can say I dislike but we're still new to the system.
