“Clean interface

Pros

This softwarehas a polished look and feel and I really appreciate the broad variety of reports available for the machines we build in the system.

Cons

One thing I feel would make it better is having the ability to edit the serial number on reports and add notes explaining the change. That would be especially useful during line-load changes when a part ends up under a different SN than originally planned. It could even be offered as an optional setting so each factory can decide whether to use it.

It was simple to tailor the system to fit our specific production process and their team has been extremely well-trained and supportive throughout.

Cons

In my view, there is still a bit of work needed around end-of-week reporting but the team has been excellent about listening to feedback and making adjustments.

Pros

One of the biggest benefits for us is how well it standardized our process. Now everyone follows the same method whereas before there were multiple versions being used which wasted time and led to quality defects.

Cons

No complaints from my side at all. Everything with it has been excellent it improves quality and productivity, cuts downtime and gives operators as well as the entire staff more confidence.

new features on the 5.11 allow me to pull up data much quicker and accessing smart build is faster

Cons

This part isn't really in your control but since 5.11 switched our login from CWS to using our email address, the sign-in process takes a little longer.

Working with Atlas Copco torque tools is one of the biggest advantages and keeping fastening data available for analytics is really useful. The customer support team is also responsive and willing to collaborate with us on developing the analytics we need.

Cons

For me, getting started takes some time because some training and practice is required before you can use it comfortably.

The front-end interface is very user-friendly and in my experience, the assembly operators can work with it without much effort.

Cons

connectivity with IIoT and ERP systems is still somewhat limited.

Pros

Connecting the digital tools is easy and pulling data out of the system is very convenient for my work.

Cons

It's not always feasible from my end to connect it with ERP systems and the AMC and feature-related charges are quite high.

User-friendly design is what really improves my overall experience and makes the software more satisfying to use.

Cons

There are occasional slowdowns on my end which may be caused by things like heavy system load, low memory, or network problems. Closing unused apps, clearing the cache or restarting the device can help improve the speed. If it keeps happening, it may be worth checking for updates or adjusting system settings for better performance.
