“Easy setup

Pros

Biggest benefit of Prodio for us has been how easy it is and how well it fits different workstations. The system is very simple so implementation, configuration and training new employees is almost effortless even for people with little to no experience using computers or touch-based devices. Another major plus is its scalability and the option to integrate with other systems through the API.

Cons

As with any service-based system, our team has found there are some limitations and it does require a certain amount of flexibility and adjustment to company processes in order to fit the service. That said this is pretty typical for solutions in this category.

“Clear production order tracking

Pros

Something I really appreciate about it is how clearly it shows orders in the production panel. It gives a transparent overview of what's happening and getting the system up and running in production was simple and easy.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is how long it takes to add new products since everything has to be entered one by one. There's no option to upload or add several products at the same time which makes the process slower than it should be.

Pros

In my experience, orders are very clear and the work is organized well for employees so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and has all the necessary details. Nothing gets lost in the process and it's always clear what has already been completed, what still hasn't been done, what has been invoiced and what still needs to be settled.

Cons

Nothing to complain about here everything is really working very well.

Most of our team members find the platform easy to use, the control panel feels simple and it does a good job of monitoring employee work.

Using it has been a pleasure especially because the software is so simple to work with. The production panel is simple and genuinely helpful in our day-to-day tasks. It also runs very reliably and without interruptions. We have never experienced data loss or any production issues while using it.

Cons

We are very satisfied with the software and honestly do not have any complaints at this time.

Installing and running this software was fast for us and it didn't require any prior experience to implement.

Something I've noticed as a downside is that the features are fairly standardized so not every option matches what our company actually needs.

Starting with this software was very simple for us. There was no need to overhaul the entire company all at once since it can be introduced gradually, step by step. On top of that the customer service has been excellent.

Honestly there isn't anything I'd point to as a downside. If there's a feature that isn't necessary for my work I simply don't use it. The functions I do use all work well for me.

Paperwork has been greatly reduced now and having all the information gathered in one place makes things much more convenient for me.

Some improvement is still needed in the warehouse section and I find it frustrating that data can't be deleted.

It is fast and simple to set up. It offers good value for the money and helps keepour work organized without requiring much effort.
