“a platform built for continuous improvement
Pros
We find the platform easy to use, simple and very complete. It gives us the ability to centralize every aspect of improvement in a single place including KPIs, actions, projects, daily management and audits which really helps strengthen a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Cons
Customer customization options are somewhat limited which is the main drawback I've experienced.

“convenient data access
Pros
Having such a wide range of data available in one centralized platform makes access much more convenient. Another highlight was how quickly their team understood our project and adapted to what was needed.
Cons
Answering that is a difficult question since the team involved in this project delivered everything exactly as expected.

“reporting and PDCA issues
Pros
Speed, accessibility and simple search fields are what stand out to me about the platform. It also includes useful metrics which is definitely a positive point.
Cons
Even with those advantages I find pulling reports for analysis difficult. The PDCA cycle is cluttered with multiple pop-up "bubbles" in the upper-right corner which reduces visibility and similar bubbles appear in the lower-right area or along the side when adding team members, mentions, or running PDCA making the workflow less productive. It is also frustrating that completing the entire PDCA process is mandatory. Another limitation is team setup since you have to search each person by name instead of being able to create teams by grouping members together. Creating corrective actions and metrics can be slow and when duplicating metrics, the old date and time are copied over instead of updating to the new entry. There is also a problem when closing metrics across multiple pages: if you select metrics on one page and then move to another page to select more, the previous selections are lost. On top of that, archived corrective actions cannot be restored. Finally, if you select several different codes and click resolve, it is not possible to run the PDCA cycle inside the metric itself this only works from outside the metrics and only when the codes are the same.

“excellent product
Pros
It feels very user-friendly to me, with quick access to data and historical records in real time. The information is easy to read which makes day-to-day use much more practical.
Cons
Without a mobile app yet, there is a limitation. Also because the system is customizable, there were some tougher points during the process of aligning everything to reach the final solution although it was always possible to get to the desired end product.

“Amazing shopfloor experience
Pros
The shopfloor side is visually very nice and I find the system simple with quick and convenient access.
Cons
Adapting it flexibly to a few of our processes has been somewhat difficult. It also requires more detailed specification at the beginning.
