After nearly a year with this software, handling our Google My Business listings has become much more manageable. The dashboard is clean and simple and it saves us a lot of time. Their GMB features have been consistently accurate and dependable. From listing updates to rank tracking and keeping business information consistent across locations, the platform has helped us stay organized and on top of it all. I especially appreciate how the insights are laid out clearly so it's simple to understand what matters and act on it. Another standout is the support team they respond quickly, bring helpful solutions and follow through on time. Even when something is a bit more involved, they work it out and make sure it's handled properly. Overall it has been a reliable and efficient option for local SEO management. If you want to simplify GMB updates, cut down on manual tasks and maintain consistent results, I'd definitely recommend it.

“all-in-one time saver
Pros
This has been saving me hours every single week. Having customer interactions, rankings and review scores together in one place is something I really appreciate because I no longer have to jump between a bunch of tabs. Another big advantage is being able to respond to customer reviews and keep an eye on analytics from the same screen.
Cons
The analytics side could definitely go further. It covers the basics but I'd really like more detailed insights into how specific listings or posts perform over time. That said the support team has been helpful.

For our multi-store business this tool has made things a lot more manageable because it helps us keep all of our GMBs organized in one place. Their team is also very responsive and the platform they've built feels top-notch.
Cons
There's not much to complain about since they deliver on what they promise. If anything, they could be a little more assertive during their presentations.
