I am unsure if I am fond of the CAD software that I mostly use or this one. It could be because I am more accustomed to my current CAD software. The cool thing is that I have the option to use either.

As per my experience, the software is not only reasonably priced but it also boosts your productivity.

I have nothing bad to say about this software. However what I liked least is that I didn't have the opportunity to use it a year ago.

There are moments when it can get complicated. There are numerous steps involved in reaching the end point of your cut job. Occasionally, there may be ghost cuts or discrepancies between the CAD drawing and the cutter, although this seems to be rare.

Personally, I found ProNest LT to be extremely user-friendly and easy to learn. It has improved our production while reducing programming time.

The Part Sources section, where DXF files are added, is slightly cumbersome to use.

I am amazed by the multitude of functions it offers which makes even the most challenging tasks easily manageable. While it may have more features than required for some users but they are available. Also it allows me to seamlessly integrate it with a Design2fab program.

In my opinion, there aren't many features that require significant improvement, if any. It usually just involves a bit of alteration what's already there to achieve the desired result. Updates generally bring improvements and refine any issues.

It is incredibly user-friendly, especially for students who can use it easily and without any problems.

To be honest there isn't much that I dislike about it.

The software is easy to use and have advanced features of our HPR plasma system, such as True Hole, Fine Feature and SureCut. The customer support team performance, as expected from all Hypertherm products, is top-notch. The tech support even assisted me in creating custom report templates for our labels.

Cons

The software offers modules for certain features that are standard in other software, but they come at an additional cost and increase the yearly maintenance fee. These features include advanced plasma (specifically for their own plasma systems), autonesting, skeleton cut-up, common line cutting and so on.
