Pros

With the built-in PFM module our team can assign higher priority to certain tasks which helps organize production schedules more effectively, improve on-time delivery and cut down on waiting time.

Cons

Setup costs are high and putting a new production system in place is expensive for us. Maintenance is also costly and I'm hoping future updates will be less expensive to install. I'd also like to see more improvements going forward.

Pros

For us, managing resources with Protected Flow Manufacturing is one of its biggest advantages. The platform is simple to work with and it also gives useful visibility into the materials currently available in-house.

Cons

In our experience, it is built mainly for handling resource management tasks in manufacturing, such as tracking materials and maintaining records. It fits small to mid-sized operations well but it is not really designed for large organizations.
