“Worst Customer Service Delivery
Pros
It supports the basic functions of ERP for supply chain, manufacturing and accounting.
Cons
The customer support is the worst I have experienced. They show no respect for customer priorities and schedules. Most of the Service Delivery consultants are incompetent and lack knowledge about the product. The same goes for the Cloud Service Delivery. They have inadequate understanding of the functional area and take an astonishing 25 days just to deploy SDLC changes.

“Easy & Useful
Pros
This ERP is powerful and easily adaptable, with quick accessibility. Its integration with key ERP models makes it a complete solution. It offers excellent support for planning and controlling production processes.
Cons
It doesn't possess the level of flexibility expected from a modern ERP system to accommodate ever-changing business needs. Additionally, some features are not up to the mark.

“QAD
Pros
This software is highly customizable and offers a lot of different options. If you need to add new functionality, they are willing to accommodate it.
Cons
Learning everything about this software is not as simple as I expected, and some aspects are not intuitive until they are explained.

“In two words: Stay away!
Pros
I cannot think of anything positive. Unfortunately, QAD failed in every aspect, value, technology, user interface and feature list.
Cons
Nothing is simple or intuitive. There is a lot of room for confusion. It lacks basic functions like consignment RMA (handled as a negative quantity sale). Some essential features are considered add-ons and require an additional annual licensing fee. The program's appearance and user experience feel like they came from a time machine in 1985. The screens are designed for an 80-character by 20-line display, resulting in constant clicking of "Next" buttons. Sometimes, you have to go "Back" multiple times as part of the normal operation procedure. Certain field sizes are limited to 8 characters (username) or 24 characters (product description), suggesting the program was developed around 1980. Some functions, such as importing a report design, cause the system to hang indefinitely and require a restart. Error messages look like this: "Error: 90101" and good luck figuring it out.

“QAD ERP
Pros
Searching for functions is easy. I can simply type what I want to use in the search bar, and it provides me with various options.
Cons
To add a simple function you have to call them, and you know it will come with a significant cost.

“QAD Review
Pros
I am aware that there are very few options available that manage the supply chain as well as QAD does. It is compliant with regulatory standards and can effectively track thousands of materials and items for our company.
Cons
It's outdated, and getting support is a challenge. There are numerous issues that should have been resolved years ago. Hopefully, there will be updates in the near future.

“Not intuitive
Pros
I have been using QAD for over 6 years, and it is well-designed for manufacturers. Besides its core functionality, I love the ability for users to make simple customizations to alter the appearance of screens (such as changing the font color).
Cons
I would say that QAD is not intuitive or user friendly. Users have to navigate through multiple screens to find the desired information. It took me some time to understand how it works. Personally, I dislike the design as it feels outdated. We are preparing to update it to a new version and hoping will face fewer issues.

“My experience with QAD has been positive. While it is not visually appealing, it gets the job done.
Pros
This software is quite easy to use and allows for precise customization of the reports I need. Once I received training, it became even more user-friendly for me specifically. It also operates very quickly. We rely on it for shipping customer orders, so if the software falters, our revenue is affected. Fortunately, it has been highly reliable for the past few years.
Cons
Sometimes, the screen can appear busy, especially when working with only one field. There are no indicators to signal the end of a flow which makes it challenging for us or anyone to determine completion during training.

“Once you are set up in QAD, and you have the correct modules and access, it is easy to use.
Pros
The feature I like the most in this software is its ability to thoroughly review and analyze information related to incoming parts, inventory, work-in-progress, finished goods and even shipped products.
Cons
Sharing this software package with another site prevents us from making any efficiency improvements or streamlining the process.

“There's a lot of steps to processing items for finance, but it gets easier with time
Pros
I enjoy how it becomes more and more user-friendly over time. Inputting the desired information in queries allows me to generate financial reports within seconds.
Cons
Personally, I only use the Finance and Accounting category in the system. I have heard that it's not the most user-friendly software for finance, and I can definitely confirm that. Performing simple tasks requires multiple steps, and if a mistake is made it takes twice as long to rectify. I wish there was a cheat sheet available to assist with understanding the functions.

“If you are manufacturing you can do it even better with QAD!
Pros
QAD's ERP (previously MFG/Pro) has provided excellent MRP functionality for over 20 years. Today, this robust MRP is supported, integrated and complemented by all the essential features and functionalities of a modern ERP system. It excels in supporting production processes and proves to be an invaluable tool for finance/accounting and logistics as well.
Cons
If you envision an ERP software that can cater to every business process, unfortunately, it doesn't exist (yet?). QAD specifically targets manufacturers and certain distribution companies of medium and large sizes. For some processes, you may find better support through external applications like Advanced Production Planning or Product Life Management. These functionalities can be integrated with QAD, allowing you to choose what you truly need.

“Best Return for your investment
Pros
It boasts lower implementation costs, local support, reduced support costs, cloud-based functionality and is embedded with best practices. Additionally, it is incredibly user-friendly.
Cons
It is not compatible with iOS, and integrating with third-party products proves to be difficult. Additionally, new version releases have a low pace of development.
