Pros

The manufacturing platform I use is highly scalable and integrates all my business data. It works well for businesses of all sizes. The interface is easy to navigate and I can handle inventory, accounting, sales, bills and many other functions simultaneously. The ERP system is constantly improving and the system team is always available.

Cons

Although the system is highly efficient and easy to navigate the reporting functionality of the software is limited compared to other Erps. To conduct more detailed analysis I sometimes need to export data to other systems.

Pros

Among all the ERP management systems I have tried QT9 ERP stands out as one of the most flexible ones that meets all our requirements.

Cons

QT9 ERP could get even better from better pricing options. It would be great if they offered more affordable pricing for long term commitments.

I am mainly involved in sales of my company and I find this software very helpful to create quotes for customers and search through closed orders to support my sales efforts. Working with QT9 is the best for me.

Cons

Personally I am not a fan of how quotes are closed to pricing and locked. I personally prefer to continually work on quotes as I sell over time. However I understand that this feature may be preferred by others.

Pros

One of my favorite features is the option to set up Hot Links on my home page. Since I don't need to access every feature QT9 offers it's convenient to have quick access to the tabs that I use daily.

Cons

It would be helpful to have some training features or videos that provide a brief introduction for new users.

What I love about this software is how intuitive it is. Even if I am not sure where to find something I can easily click through the various tabs and locate it.

I sometimes find the job scheduling process a bit confusing when it comes to inputting inventory into QT9.

The CS team provides quick response times making it easy to use and get assistance when needed.

I come to conclusion that editing can be a bit hard. If a report doesn't contain the specific information we are looking for and I believe it doesn't seem like an easy fix.

After using QT9 QMS we decided to switch to QT9 ERP. We like the fact that the two systems could be linked which was a problem with our previous system. QT9 ERP even worked with us to customize certain features to align with the nature of our business.

They are currently working on listing approvers and projects and for me it is a feature that is missing.

Regardless of the skills an individual knows about computer all users will find the software easy to use. It has reduced paperwork, increased productivity and provided visibility into our packed warehouse.

I haven't encountered any major problems with the software. QT9 is constantly improving and their support team is responsive to feature requests.

We mainly use this software for tracking the equipment we have in the field. It works perfectly for that purpose. It is user friendly and not as complex as other ERP systems.

Customizing reports was nearly impossible to figure out.

Overall the softwares flow is easy to follow. When I was shopping for an ERP system three years ago I came across this one. It is by far the simplest and most affordable option. I find it helpful that the manual is always available through a link. Since I don't use the software daily anymore, it serves as a useful refresher when I need to add a new product or process.

Cons

There are some small improvements I believe can be made for the betterment. For sales orders, the product being sold only shows up in the primary unit of measure (UOM). For instance we use white sugar in our plant for manufacturing and also sell it to local customers. When I sell a bag of sugar to a local customer, the sales order defaults to showing the weight in pounds instead of being able to switch it to a bag. I find this a bit annoying because it should be an easy switch.

Pros

The Cloud Data Base feature impressed us the most. It eliminated the need for a server installation in our company or having an engineer constantly monitoring the network. Another great feature is the shop floor manager which is easy for production employees to use and has improved material traceability for our production orders.

Cons

One area for improvement is that it could be making it easier to set the production schedule on the calendar.

Pros

The customer service and training provided is excellent. Navigating through the software is intuitive and improves our efficiency. There are no hidden fees or additional modules required for extra features. The software in short is complete with everything we needed to run our company. Unlike other software it allows users to view full screens of information instead of item by item.

Cons

Coming from an ERP software that primarily uses Standard Costing methods QT9 implements Normal Costing Methods. While this provides a better understanding of our actual costs, it also required us to adjust many of our procedures and processes outside of the ERP system. Additionally there are certain navigation menus that require a bit more understanding to fully utilize than we initially think during the implementation of QT9.

Pros

The software is very much user friendly and has also improved our productivities.

Cons

So far we haven't experienced any major issues with this software.
