Pros
One thing RTM Pro has really helped with is uncovering hidden patterns in our factory data. It can work through huge amounts of information and identify links between events that don't seem related at all at first glance.
Cons
Onboarding and running it was quite demanding because we had to connect it with several of our existing software systems. Integrating it with data sources across the whole factory floor turned into a fairly complex process.
