Using it has been a really valuable experience. It's a powerful tool for improvement and if you stick with it, it genuinely helps you become better.
Cons
For our team one limitation at the moment is that not every language has been implemented yet. That said their team is clearly working hard on it and the level of support they provide is outstanding.
