“ShopVue works well for our unique business setup

Pros

ShopVue makes it possible for me to keep track of how well plant machines are working. It connects to the device controls and gathers important data like the number of parts it makes, speed, temperature, and status. It is surely a great tool to have.

Cons

It would have been better if duplicating and gluing were a bit easier. I need to rely on the program owner for any adjustments.

Pros

Being able to export and review the parameters for all the employees is really useful for what we need. We find it convenient.

Cons

The interface feels outdated in my opinion. Also the technical support I receive when I run into issues at work isnt always the greatest. Communication could be better.

It has a ton of features all of which can be used to meet your needs.

Cons

Its a bit too complicated to use for my liking.

“User friendly tool

Pros

I find it to be pretty user friendly and it is already programmed to meet specific needs like collective agreement details.

Cons

TimeCard doesnt really work well for me. Some features that I find in the main system are missing in this one.

“Over reliance on the owner

Pros

The software is simple to grasp once you go through the training. Its easier to use than the alternatives.

Cons

I wish the copy and paste function was smoother. Its an inconvenience to depend on the software owner for any changes.
