“Versatile simulation powerhouse
Pros
In my experience it comes across as a powerful yet user-friendly simulation platform. It does an excellent job of helping build detailed simulations for a wide range of processes and systems. You can model complex setups and flow loops without much trouble and the overall flexibility of the software makes it useful in many different scenarios.
Cons
One downside for us is the price which can be fairly high. That cost may put it out of reach for smaller businesses for example.

“facility visualization in 2D, 3D and VR
Pros
Visualizing an entire facility in 2D, 3D and even Virtual Reality is a huge advantage for us. It also supports a broad mix of simulation types, including discrete and continuous models which makes it very versatile. Once you spend time learning the platform, there are a lot of advanced capabilities available.
Cons
Getting started felt a bit overwhelming to me because there are so many commands and options to work through which makes building a simulation somewhat confusing at first.

“Beginner-friendly tool
Pros
Using it at university was my first time working with it and it turned out to be one of the simplest simulation tools to get comfortable with. It lets you create detailed models and run experiments without much hassle which made the whole process very approachable.
Cons
My main issue is that the interface could really use an update because it's not always quick or easy to locate the tools you need.

“dynamic scenario sharing
Pros
Building scenarios and sharing them with remote teams has been really valuable for us. It gives us a dynamic way to document case studies and use them for benchmarking. It's also a very effective tool for creating problem-based exercises that teams can work through and solve.
Cons
New users face some difficulty in learning it initially. I'd really like to see more tutorials and guided training options to help people get up to speed faster.
