digital records and helpful support

Pros

Managing everything digitally makes it simple for us to review, locate and connect documents to policies. The customer service has also been excellent.

Cons

For our team updating documents within the system is quite difficult and the app runs slowly.

all records in one place

Pros

It has been a big help for us because it keeps all of our records and policies together in one place instead of on paper. It makes it simple to find whatever we need and it's also simple to show our staff how to use the application without dealing with the hassle of paper copies.

Cons

Our experience has shown that the app and website can be glitchy or run a bit slow at times. That said we do appreciate that whenever something goes wrong, the SFS team is available and works to resolve the issue as quickly as they can.

helpful code updates

Pros

For our team, having the code walk you through all the documents you need is really helpful. It also stays updated whenever there are changes which makes keeping up with requirements much easier.

Cons

A few of our employees need a bit more time to adjust to the online records but they're all getting the hang of it and making it work.
