“covers everything for us”
Pros
Our team found it very useful for many different tasks right from the start. It covers a lot of ground, from building dashboards for management to offering a strong communication platform for employees. Once it's up and running, it's very user-friendly and largely takes care of itself. We really value that it helps us address multiple needs with one product. It works especially well for communication between Human Resources and employees and we can also use the same system on the shop floor to boost Safety, Quality and Production by sharing those metrics directly with our team.
Cons
We really don't have any complaints. Whenever we've run into an issue, the I/Gear team has been quick to step in and help us resolve it. Their support has been highly responsive and always available when needed.

“Polished interface”
Pros
In our experience the interface looks polished and once everything is set up it's simple to manage.
Cons
Recent updates caused some reporting metrics to break but support was able to sort it out and get us running again.

“mobile visibility that delivers”
Pros
Real-time visibility into machine status and performance has been really valuable for us whether it's displayed on large TV screens across the plant or checked from a mobile phone. Our plant managers especially appreciate being able to monitor machine status and performance from their phones when they're away from the office. We also rely on the "Call for Templates" feature at our presses. It lets press operators send requests directly to tow motor drivers for things like needing a coil, removing scrap or stocking a finished container. That better communication has helped cut down downtime at the presses.
Cons
Supervisors get alerts whenever exceptions happen in our processes which is helpful but we'd really like to have more filtering options. It would make it much easier for them to spot the critical issues quickly instead of swiping through a mix of non-critical alerts first.

“Versatile plant-floor connectivity”
Pros
What has worked really well for me is how the machine interfaces are controlled through the Connect DTU. It gives me the ability to bring in just about any device from the manufacturing plant floor. Having both Android and Apple apps is also a big plus since it helps everyone stay informed even when they're away from their desks and moving around.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. If anything I'd say it can be configured to be as simple or as detailed as you need it to be. As long as you plan things out and lean on tech support when you run into an issue it works out well.

“easy to customize”
Pros
Setting it up was very easy for our team and there are plenty of customization options to work with. When needed it can also integrate with other apps.
Cons
The product has been excellent overall and I really don't have any negatives to mention.
