It is built like a fully customer-focused manufacturing software company. They have the tools, expertise and knowledge needed to respond to customer requirements well. The feature that really sets them apart from others, in my view, is how well they integrate with today's popular social platforms, along with their 24/7 live customer support.
Cons
I had some doubts and trust concerns in the start because the company was still new to me. After using it for a while I realized those concerns were unnecessary.
