“Easy to customize as per our business needs
Pros
Customizing it to meet business needs is fast and effective. Also the support and onboarding process are top-notch. The team is great to work with and very efficient. As whenever we face an issue, it is resolved within 24 hours often on the same day. Like there is no need to submit a ticket and wait months for the next system update.
Cons
Migrating legacy data from old ERP systems is always a hassle but at least it made it possible unlike other systems.

“A reliable development partner
Pros
Tangle provided us with all the tools we needed to quickly build a customized Bulk Stock management system. Also it is very flexible and affordable.
Cons
At first I did not find it easy to develop new functionalities in it so I relied on its developers for that. Over time this has improved and now they offer a lot of helpful tools and support to assist with development.

“Does what we expected from it
Pros
At Being Guided we chose Tangle for large scale integration as a Frontend as a Service to connect Salesforce and other enterprise applications for the UK National Health Service (NHS) and Haydock, a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, New York. And for this purpose it serves us the best.
Cons
We have not faced any any issues with it so far.

“Its simplicity is its strength
Pros
The plug and play features are simple to understand which is pretty important to me since I am a founder, not an engineer. Plus collaboration is seamless within the shared workspace set up for us and we will be able to integrate new third party products as we grow.
Cons
Nothing to complain about yet as everything runs smoothly and efficiently online.

“A highly scalable low-code platform with no limitations
Pros
As a developer managing a team that all uses Tangle, I like that we have full access to the core features. Other low code platforms I have looked at are very restrictive when you try to do something outside their usual scope. With it we can either create our own workflows or rely on their support team to integrate the features into the core build. After two years of constant development with it, I have never found something that cannot be done.
Cons
The thing I like least about it is its reliance on certain Google services. While most work well some recent changes by Google have impacted how it functions. However this dependency is being reduced and there are now alternative options available.

“Custom-made and developed quickly
Pros
Working with their team has been great because they are so responsive to questions and issues. They genuinely want to resolve customer problems and help us quickly build solutions. It has been challenging to find software that meets the specific needs of Job Shops. Most of the options I've tried are too rigid to accommodate our needs. Tangle on the other hand is pretty adaptable and thats been the best part being able to create virtually anything we need.
Cons
Like any newer software we occasionally come across bugs. But the team has been very quick to respond and resolve any issues we encounter ensuring it does not affect our operations.
