“Best choice and easy to use!!”
Pros
This program is really useful for complex 3D data, such as passenger cars. Even when fully opening a model with exterior, interior and powertrain components, it displays quite fast.
Cons
It's quite challenging to become accustomed to it when starting with this program from scratch. The educational modules within the system are not comprehensive enough.

“Easy Solution to Follow 2D or 3D data in Multi Location Companies”
Pros
With Teamcenter software, multiple people can work on the same data simultaneously, and Teamcenter easily manages this complex process. In multi-location companies, this resolves a significant problem, as it prevents wrong updates on the data when people are unaware of the latest 2D or 3D versions. Teamcenter solves these potential errors quite easily and in a user-friendly manner.
Cons
There are times when the interface operates very slowly, which is very annoying, but fortunately, it happens infrequently. Also, the software occasionally closes unexpectedly.

“Best 3D and 2D model visualization”
Pros
Our company has been using Teamcenter to view 3D and 2D CAD models, and it is easy to use. Most of the tools, such as transformation, sectioning and movement, work very well.
Cons
When you click on the larger data to open, it can sometimes lead to an error which requires the program to be closed and reopened.

“Best 3D review tool”
Pros
Even with my low-end system, Teamcenter delivers high performance and efficiently handles large amounts of data.
Cons
The 3D section tool is not user-friendly, especially when dealing with curved sections. Also it can be challenging to find an appropriate location to create a section on complex 3D models.

“Powerful Product”
Pros
Teamcenter and Vismockup offer a wide range of features and modules for various purposes. It is easy to learn and use. Personally, I mainly use it for 3D data viewing and exporting data packages for other CAE software. It is suitable and flexible for collecting 3D data from different vehicle program nodes. Teamcenter consistently achieves quick exports of large-sized STL data. Particularly, the 3D measurement, clipping tool, color adjustment, and manipulation options are highly effective compared to similar software.
Cons
The Graphical User Interface could be more visually appealing and user-friendly. Occasionally, it freezes when opening large .Stp and .Stl files. The surface-to-surface manipulation mode does not provide accurate results and suggests unreasonable proposals.

“The best 3D review program for low end systems”
Pros
Teamcenter performs exceptionally well for 3D reviews, even on my low-end system. I am satisfied with its performance.
Cons
The section feature should offer more options and be easier to use. Creating a section on curved areas can sometimes be very difficult.

“Good archiving for standard documentations, drawings and 3D models.”
Pros
In TeamCenter, I can archive all the necessary documents for our product development process, including 3D models, 2D drawing, and specs. Having all the documents in one platform provides flexibility in linking them together and guiding me throughout the entire project. It also ensures that all documents are stored in our corporate memory, granting access to them even after the project is completed. As an automotive company with over 100 teams, we rely on TeamCenter to control our designs and store them securely in the cloud. Whether through the browser or the TeamCenter desktop software, we can easily access all the required documents. Additionally, we can share documents with team members using TeamCenter's envelope property feature.
Cons
Opening large models (such as automobile models) requires a substantial amount of CPU and display card memory. The system does not provide an alert when clicking the open button for a large model and the result of it is that program freezes. Adding an alert message to prevent users from opening large models would be helpful.

“Powerful software for R&D and Manufacturing Companies”
Pros
Teamcenter plays a major role in driving our business. It allows control of product revisions and streamlines workflows for approvals. Although the software offers a wide range of features that can be complex, especially for new users, it is fairly intuitive and supported by decent documentation. The flexibility to integrate with third-party systems further enhances the software package.
Cons
It can be complex for new users, and to get over this getting a proper training is one of the most effective ways to learn.

“Integration is good - User Interface can be better”
Pros
The integration with Explorer is seamless, as I can directly access TeamCenter through my internet browser. The only requirement is to have Vismockup loaded on my PC, which solves any connectivity issues.
Cons
The user interface varies significantly between the internet browser and teamcenter.exe. The Teamcenter software has a better user interface, but when accessing Teamcenter through a browser, it can be challenging to find the desired buttons (such as top tables, etc.). The interface on the browser could be improved.

“A reliable tool for 3D model visualization”
Pros
Siemens TeamCenter or VisMockup is an excellent tool for reviewing 3D CAD models. The software is user-friendly as it allows me to quickly become proficient even with limited training. There are various tools available to manage the data, such as rotation, transformation, section cuts and measurements. I can export models as single or assembly data in different 3D formats. Navigating within the workspace is also not an issue. I can use the web-based TeamCenter client through my browser to access and visualize downloaded data.
Cons
Probably the biggest issue I face is the web client's performance when attempting to download or open large files with VisMockup. The program may become unresponsive for a while, and during this time, it's best to avoid any integration and simply wait. Otherwise, it will stop working. There are many tools available, as mentioned but some of them are challenging to locate in the menu, so experience is needed. Another problem is experiencing visualization issues when opening file formats other than .jt. In such cases, the model may appear with surface problems.
