“Real-time OEE, downtime capture, and shop-floor accountability across 3 sites.”
Pros
Fast rollout, operator-friendly, clear OEE & loss trees, actionable alerts, easy exports/API for BI.
Cons
more native templates for multi-site benchmarking; offline mode is good but could sync a bit faster on flaky Wi-Fi.

“flexible dashboards and reliable autonomy”
Pros
From installation to day-to-day use, the platform stays simple across the board, whether it's for operators or technicians. It keeps production running independently when there are server issues or Wi-Fi network problems which is a real advantage. The available features and level of customization are strong as well, with live dashboards, automatic reports and plenty of options to tailor the tool to our needs. It also has the development potential to keep evolving over time. Technical support is great and the tool adapts well to different machine setups, including machines with cycle rates, machines without cycle rates like ovens, multi-machine mode and configurations using analog inputs.
Cons
A few features are still missing to let us go deeper on certain technical points or make daily use even more convenient. That said these gaps have been acknowledged and feel more like part of the tool's ongoing improvement process than major limitations.
