Pros

The system provides full access to all available applications giving us the flexibility to meet our specific needs. Also it is highly customizable so if an application does not fully align with our requirements, we can work with the Trackmedium team to make adjustments. This has made it a highly valuable and adaptable tool for our company.

Cons

For the UK market some applications required customization as some were originally designed for the US market. This meant that we had to make some adjustments for it to work properly in the UK. While this customization process was simple and well supported by the support team still it did mean that some applications were not as plug-and-play as we hoped in the start.

Pros

Trackmedium offers a wide range of features covering many essential QMS topics and providing us strong quality oversight.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit clunky and takes some time to get used to. And it is not always easy to use as it resembles a standard web browser but lacks the same functionality. However this is not much of an issue if you use it regularly.

Pros

It is easy to customize and simple to learn. Also the customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. As they always answer all the questions we have.

Cons

I noticed that some modules have limited content and updates can take a while to be completed.

Pros

I like how customizable it is. I have used it to store safety training documents.

Cons

For regular users like us interacting with the platform can sometimes be a bit tricky.
