“reliable machine reporting”
Pros
The service has been dependable and pleasant to work with and the product itself delivers amazing quality. It helps us report on both CNC and manual machine usage while also giving visibility into live data and downtime.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. I haven't tried any competing products and I haven't felt any reason to look at other options.

“Excellent workshop efficiency”
Pros
It does an excellent job of highlighting the operational efficiency of our workshop.
Cons
There's not much to mention as a con when you have a system that keeps you informed about everything happening on the shop floor.
