I really like the convenience of seamlessly switching between the app and desktop to add items from multiple parties. Its also fantastic that I can design my own features with ample assistance from the TV team. Moreover its an affordable solution.
Cons
Sometimes saving progress through the system can be a bit tricky but its much easier when using an admin user profile.

No programming skills required. The support provided for setup is excellent, far superior to working with spreadsheets. It also offers remarkable information sharing capabilities.
Cons
When the field count exceeds 100 the system slows down significantly. Additionally the fonts on the interface are too small for comfortable use on smartphones.

I am amazed by the limitlessness of this system. We were able to create a specialized and unique workflow that perfectly aligns with our company goals. Everyone participated in its development, making it truly our own. The company's responsiveness and reliability are exceptional with no downtime.
Cons
Some of the reporting features have limitations but I know the team is actively working on improving them. The app is an area of focus for both TrackVia and us and they are addressing minor glitches that have minimal impact on our day to day operations.

The support provided by TrackVia is unmatched. I love the ability to import from and export to Excel and setting up tables is incredibly easy. The program is intuitive and user friendly making it immensely useful for researching contracts and more. The document merge functionality is a dream come true.
Cons
If I had to point out one thing it would be the inability to shift records between similar tables without exporting and importing which results in the loss of any uploaded documents.
