Pros

Trackvia is a no code platform that makes setting up an app, database and input screen really simple.

Cons

Provisioning access can be a bit of a hassle. Although recent changes have improved the process there are still multiple views to navigate for permissioning. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows access to be cloned from another Role. Additionally, it would be great if non admins had the ability to import, which is currently unavailable.

Pros

One thing I really like is that Customizing applications is incredibly easy.

Cons

In TrackVia there is not a direct way to view documents without downloading them individually and bulk uploading documents is also not possible.

TrackVia is a gamechanger for businesses of all sizes and industries. This exceptional platform empowers individuals like me to consolidate their data in the cloud, opening up exciting new possibilities such as enhanced reporting, process automation, and integrations with third-party systems.

Cons

Smaller businesses and startups might find the pricing excessive. However when implemented correctly TrackVia can consolidate multiple existing business software pieces, leading to cost savings.

Pros

Building and using TrackVia is the easiest thing. The platforms low code nature makes it a cinch to learn.

Cons

As a low code platform TrackVia has some limitations that can make it challenging to create a fully "customized" product compared to platforms that rely on professional developers. However this tradeoff is necessary.

Two years ago I started using TrackVia with limited experience in database building. I can confidently say that I have already gained the skills to create and customize as required. I continuously enhance my abilities through their fantastic webinars and knowledge base.

I hope to see further improvements in the end user experience. That being said, there have been some positive changes made resulting in a better overall experience.

Pros

While the system has made improvements some features have been removed. such as the ability to navigate directly to a specific page instead of clicking through each page. This can be time consuming, especially when dealing with lists spanning hundreds of pages. Additionally, it would be great to have more content displayed on each page. I hope these features can be reinstated.

The system can be a bit difficult to navigate. It is not easy to transition from one place to another without multiple clicks.

I love the flexibility to change and customize tables. It allows me to adapt quickly.

I wish the mobile app was more customizable. Personally I am not a fan of the UI in the mobile app even though it functions well.

Its lightning fast! The user interface generates charts and graphs seamlessly.

After exporting data to a spreadsheet organizing the data becomes challenging due to titles and text obstructing the columns. The formatting options for charts and graphs (font size, size, color, etc.) are also limited.

The softwares greatest plus point is its user friendly interface.

It would be helpful if the running total was not shown when entering gross profit.

The ability to customize and effortlessly create and update workflows and the user interface is fantastic.

The security model could be improved. We would prefer to go back to the TrackVia 1.0 security model.

One of the best aspect of this software is the seamless sharing of information across our departments. The integration with our QuickBooks online platform and recurring invoices is invaluable.

The GUI has seen some improvements but I believe there is still room for further improvements. Additionally having more options for conditional logic through different forms would be beneficial.

Its very easy to learn, use and modify. I particularly enjoy the training materials.

We have experienced stability issues after major updates and sometimes it takes weeks to resolve these issues.

The process of importing data from our previous database was tedious.

The support provided by the implementation team has been absolutely vital to our operations. They ensure our day to day uptime and assist with intricate scripting and coding to ensure the product functions as intended.

Graphs and pivots have certain limitations. It would be great to see the program adapt to external data management programs and offer highly presentable formats.

Setting up and launching the product took us only a few days. It is incredibly easy to use especially when configuring new processes.

The functionality of the user admin systems is missing. Managing users and their access can be cumbersome.

I really love the extensive data storage capacity and the variety of reports we can generate.

I find it a bit strange that there are different view modes when on a profile while modifying my dashboard.

At the time it was effortless to set up and get started, even for someone with minimal coding experience. I needed a product to help me track music lessons, clients, students,expenses, mileage and more. Excel spreadsheets weren't cutting it. TrackVia not only provided me with the necessary numbers for my clients but also made year end tax calculations was so simple.

I was looking for a lightweight solution and was not ready to purchase a plan. Unfortunately I was using the free version which was nearing its end. It seemed like TrackVia was targeting larger users so I ended up taking my business elsewhere and ironically purchasing a plan there.

Pros

The ability to customize our database and create specific reports was a major selling point for us. The initial training helped us get started and we've been able to take it from there.

Cons

Using the system and customizing it can become quite complex. After the initial consultation its mainly up to you to navigate the system so it's important to keep refreshing your skills to effectively use it.

Pros

I really the the ease with which I can create tables with relationships and compile them into separate views. The "low code" platform is a boon for small businesses.

Cons

I am not a fan of how the fields are restricted in TrackVia. It makes the interface feel clunky and not very intuitive. With only 4 spaces per page length to input data, a three character field takes up a minimum of a quarter of the length.
