Pros
Very user-friendly overall. We can get a new employee up and running on the system within a single day. Without it, training someone to weigh ingredients for the job would usually take several days.
Cons
The initial setup is a bit tricky and requires SG support. That said, it's not really an issue since their help is needed for the license key installation anyway.
