“well integrated packaging system
Pros
Right from the start, this tool has worked really well across all of our packaging lines, with smooth integration and reliable interaction throughout the system. The support team has also been excellent to work with responses are quick and every request we've raised has been addressed promptly and efficiently. On top of that the platform has been cost-effective for us in terms of installation and operating expenses only staying comfortably within budget. Since we introduced the system our packaging line efficiency has improved by more than 10% so overall we're extremely happy with both the platform itself and the level of service from Vimachem.
Cons
Even though we're very happy with the system overall the pricing model for extra features has been a concern. Because this was a new implementation, we couldn't fully predict every feature we would eventually need. What disappointed us was that even smaller requests like the ability to export data into Excel or CSV came with additional yearly charges. We feel those kinds of basic data export options should already be part of the standard package. Other than that, we still see the platform as an excellent and very valuable solution for our operations.

“Real-time OEE insights
Pros
For us, having real-time OEE available is really useful and being able to analyze the incidents that occurred helps a lot when reviewing performance and identifying issues.
Cons
One thing that causes problems is the lack of support during the night shift which becomes an issue in many situations.
