One of the things I enjoy most about this tool is how quickly it gives me statistics for exactly the time period I need. That flexibility makes it really useful when I want to review specific ranges without any hassle.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the tool includes so many options that it can be hard to understand them all and choose the right ones. Because of that, it's pretty easy to get lost in the interface and waste time figuring out the best way to get the results I'm looking for.

Pros
After moving to WATS, the way it gathers and brings data together gave our production teams a much clearer view of the problems we were dealing with. That visibility helped everyone concentrate on the right changes especially in our assembly and test areas.
Cons
Connecting it with some of the other software we already used was challenging in the start and having several resources providing essentially the same information felt like overdone. Once we cleaned that up and simplified things though it turned into a vital tool.
