“Everything works out in the end...
Pros
I find the software highly customizable as it offers numerous options to set up and perform transactions within the ERP system. This flexibility is highly beneficial as it allows us to tailor the system to our existing processes instead of having to change our processes to fit the system.
Cons
Even though it is good that it offers a high level of customization, however, the downside of customization is that it may lead to using the system in ways that differ from most customers or scenarios that have not been encountered before. This can cause difficulties when seeking assistance from WorkWise support staff. Eventually, we find solutions, but it takes more time and can be frustrating.

“Fairly Good For ERP
Pros
Looks like it handle inventory and cost management nicely. Once you become familiar with it, you can easily adjust purchase orders and invoice customers. While I cannot speak for the accounting side, as an admin for this software, I can confidently say that it simplifies table maintenance and pricing tasks. Proper training is essential to ensure correct usage of the software.
Cons
Additional costs are incurred for customized functions, significantly driving up the overall cost. It is evident that the out-of-the-box version of this software is not a perfect fit for most companies, so be prepared to include customization expenses in your budget. Tracking customer pricing in this software is not ideal in my opinion. Most companies typically track pricing based on contract costs, rather than having a single table for all clients. Although contract pricing is possible, it requires a separate pricing table, which becomes cumbersome to track.

“Work wise was exactly what my client was looking for. A CRM with full marketing integration.
Pros
The level of customization available in WorkWise is something I truly like. We needed a software solution with marketing integration within a CRM, and WorkWise offers the flexibility we require.
Cons
It's challenging to find any major issues with it, but if I had to provide one complaint, occasionally it experiences bugs that require restarting and clearing the cache. However, these instances are rare and have no impact on our business operations.

“Our users love the new user interface via Workbenches. The product continues to evolve/get better!!
Pros
I have a great admiration for the workbenches in WorkWise. The seamless integration with OnContact CRM is fantastic, and the accessibility of data is impressive. Our user group is highly engaged, and everyone actively participates. The ability to export data to Excel has been immensely valuable for our company. Well done!
Cons
When mining for data, a good understanding of the database is necessary. When delegating work, I often find myself assisting in identifying the data sources and ensuring correct table joins.

“Small and Medium Business ERP Software
Pros
The software regularly updates, and its development is strongly driven by customer feedback. It remains at the forefront of ERP systems in its target market. The available modules cover all the essential aspects required for manufacturers to effectively run their businesses.
Cons
Firstly, due to consistent software updates and modifications, there is a chance of encountering bugs and issues. Secondly, scaling to accommodate thousands of users might pose difficulties. However, since the software is primarily targeted at the SMB market, this may not be a significant concern. Lastly, there is room for improvement in certain data entry areas, as some basic tasks can appear overly complex.

“TCM Review
Pros
It's a user-friendly product offered by a reliable local vendor.
Cons
The current version contains some security vulnerabilities. As a publicly-held company, we cannot tolerate these issues due to our SOX compliance requirements.
