Well-designed support system

Pros

Right from the start, this software has felt easier thoughtfully designed and packed with useful features. It's very user-friendly, clearly maintained with care and the support team is the strongest I've dealt with from any vendor. Whenever I reach out I end up speaking with someone who really knows the platform inside and out and can usually resolve the issue quickly. On the rare occasion it's a larger bug, it gets escalated right away to the bug-fix team and they typically have an answer the same day or by the next. It has consistently delivered everything we've needed to track our line performance and integrating it with a custom HMI was not difficult.

Cons

Any downsides I've run into with the platform have felt more like reasonable tradeoffs than actual flaws. In some cases, not being able to do one specific thing seems to make it better at tracking or handling something else. I've never walked away thinking there was a clearly better approach after wanting a feature from Vorne.

powerful OEE culture boost

Pros

It has really shifted how our company approaches production. It's easier to use, offers great value for the money and the customer service has been excellent whenever we've needed support. It has played a big part in helping us build a strong OEE culture.

Cons

There aren't any major downsides for us. The only small thing I'd ask for is the ability to change the product threshold without needing the admin password since that would help avoid having to share it. Still, that's a minor request more than a real issue.

Outstanding support

Pros

One of the best parts of using this product has been the customer support. The after-sales service is honestly the best I've dealt with and the support team is both approachable and well-informed. The devices themselves are really practical and once they're set up, they need very little maintenance or ongoing attention.

Cons

At times, the devices can be a bit finicky when trying to communicate with the servers or our PLCs. That said, the issue usually works itself out on its own.
