“Cost-Effective QMS

Pros

ZenQMS is an affordable tool that enhances our document management and ensures compliance. The people working there are amazing. Binyamin Wood-Isenberg, in particular, has provided exceptional assistance (thank you!).

Cons

The software doesn't have all the fancy features of more expensive options. What I find most noticeable is the absence of real-time document collaboration. The document reviews follow a sequential process.

I find ZenQMS lacking in flexibility as it only allows for three authors during the routing of documents.

The integration of the entire software, including document management, issue/action tracking, and the audit module, is highly effective. My favorite aspect of this software is the document management module. It is user-friendly and provides excellent functionalities such as easy document drafting, version control, assigning reviewers and approvers through various workflows, document retirement and archival processes.

It's a great software overall. However, the issue/action module could be made more robust.

ZenQMS software is very much useful and can be configured to meet our specific business needs. It helped us fill a gap in our quality system. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding. Our representative and their team are highly responsive. Whenever we face an obstacle, they go above and beyond to assist us in overcoming it. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. They actively listen to feedback and constantly strive to improve the system with input from their user community. Working with them is truly a pleasure.

Cons

Sometimes, it gives off the impression of being new. However, there is a solid foundation to build upon. I firmly believe that this application will only improve over time.

The design and functionality of this software are efficient and pleasant. The dashboard is easy to navigate, with multiple options for exporting and organizing data. The implementation process went smoothly, and it has facilitated successful collaboration among employees both on-site and off-site. The pricing is great considering all the features it offers!

Having an app interface would truly be a game-changer.

I find this software application to be simple yet highly effective and efficient for managing various aspects of our organization's quality management system. We primarily use the Document Control and Training modules, and I like how easy it is to create and revise documents and initiate training tasks in a paperless environment. The implementation process was not at all complex, and the support we received from the ZenQMS team during implementation was excellent!

The metrics capability is somewhat limited.

Pros

One of the great advantages of this software is that it doesn't have any seat limits or licensing restrictions, which is perfect for a growing company like ours. I also love the tracking features that allow us to keep tabs on who has read and reviewed the documents. Additionally, it notifies all employees about new documents or policies that require review. I personally used it for training, and it provided me with a better understanding of how things operate in my new job. It's also a valuable resource for employees to access documents and find information about company procedures or policies.
