Pros

As a marketing consultant for nonprofits, I've spent hours searching for a platform that offers a robust donor CRM alongside fundraising and event management. BetterUnite does all of this and more, at no cost to the organization!

Cons

When I have reached out to the BetterUnite team with suggestions for improvements, they have always addressed them, adjusted the platform or provided alternative options. I have really no complaints!

Pros

I like the contact management system, call lists, and grouping options. It's great that donors and organizations can create their own campaigns and fundraisers.

Cons

As a newer company, they are still working out some kinks. Importing contacts into my account has had a few issues.
