“text messaging would be a great addition!
Pros
I think it was simple to pick up and operate. Also I found it excellent for reaching supporters and handling donor records. And the support team was helpful plus they provided us with useful articles and videos when problems or questions came up.
Cons
Would be great to have the ability to reach constituents by SMS/text message directly from the platform.
