“Not a good platform
Pros
I haven't found much to like about the service except that setting it up was pretty easy.
Cons
I had a pretty frustrating experience with Fundly. First they suspended my campaign after donations had already been made and they didn't provide any explanation. Then I couldn't get in touch with customer support at all. My emails went unanswered. Also setting up the Stripe checkout was complicated and I'm not even sure if Stripe allows personal payouts, as opposed to business ones.

“Fundly works well but has its challenges
Pros
Fundly is super easy to use and simple. It's really powerful, also being in the cloud means I can access it from anywhere, its great.
Cons
There is a pretty steep learning curve when it comes to getting the software to do what you want especially with running reports and creating communications.

I appreciate how much information Fundly can hold. It really helps companies stay organized, assign tasks and manage employee data effectively.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the security on this platform. My company has experienced a data breach with them a few times, which is a huge concern.

“A lot of glitches
Pros
When it works well, I like that people can donate from the comfort of their own homes. A one-time donation usually goes smoothly.
Cons
One thing I really dislike is that donors can only set up their donations for the exact day they're making the donation. If you want a recurring donation to happen on the 5th of each month, you need to donate on the 5th first and then set it up as a monthly donation. The system glitches frequently and even when donors select the �monthly� option, it processes as a one time gift. This has been very frustrating for both donors and us and Fundly has yet to resolve the issue, despite it happening month after month.

“Fantastic choice for fundraising
Pros
Setting up a fundraiser is quite easy and sharing it with lots of people is simple too. Also the customer support is fantastic.
Cons
I can't think of anything specific that I really dislike. Maybe allowing a bit more customization for a campaign's page would be nice but it's not a major issue.

Pros
I love how simple the website is and how easy it is for donors to find causes based on the category breakdown.
Cons
One thing I don't like is the fees they add on top of donors' contributions. It can feel like there's too much being taken out.

The interface and design are really easy and I appreciate how fundraisers are organized on the site. It makes everything easy to navigate.
Cons

“Efficient and useful but with limitations
Pros
As our first CRM, Fundly has been a game changer. It's especially helpful for organizing both paid and free events with online sign ups.
Cons
Fundly is still a relatively new CRM and has a few bugs or limitations. For example, patrons can't pay an invoice directly through it, so we have to use PayPal as a workaround. That being said, their team is great at troubleshooting and really open to helping.
