Pros

Everything in one place for finding leads in my target market is a big plus since I don't have to jump between different channels anymore. Because I was already active on LinkedIn, choosing this solution felt like a very natural fit. Alex has also been incredibly helpful and clearly cares about the overall experience of using the Chrome extension.

Cons

My only real complaint is a small glitch with the extension from time to time. There are moments when the LeadGibbon logo and the checkbox options don't appear and refreshing the page doesn't always solve it. That said, it honestly feels more like a connector or integration hiccup than a problem with the software itself.
