“A simple process with fantastic support

Pros

Moving from our previous CRM was a very simple process and the MonkeyPod team assisted us with every step. Having all our needs met in one place is fantastic. Also their fundraising module is excellent and we use the newsletter templates often. We were even able to cancel our QuickBooks subscription, saving us money. I mean it is so refreshing to finally use a CRM built specifically for non-profits.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any drawbacks at the moment. The experience has been wonderful.
