“Highly customizable tool

Pros

I love the high level of customization that's available to suit our organization's needs. I also really enjoy working with the support team. They get our needs and makes the system reflect them so well. They're truly amazing! Thanks!

Cons

It took me a little while to learn. Sometimes, technology and I don't get along! But I have to say that the support team was always extremely patient and great at walking me through the process so I could better understand how the system works!

“Everything met our needs

Pros

During the development and implementation of our project, the team was super involved and made sure the database met all our critical needs. After launch, they've been incredibly fast in addressing support tickets for minor tweaks, and most of the time, issues get resolved the same day.

Cons

Adapting our internal naming conventions for data fields to match the language that NewOrg uses took us a minute to figure out.

Pros

The development team is unbelievable. They put up with countless requests and went out of their way to customize the product to work perfectly for us. Because of NewOrg, we've been able to rethink and revamp our operations to manage better and help our clients more effectively. Our ability to generate data for funding has also improved greatly.

Pros

NewOrg is completely customizable. The staff was amazing throughout the whole process and helped us implement a system that works perfectly for our needs. If you're a nonprofit looking for a case management system that's fully customizable, this is the software for you.
