“Made work so easy

Pros

We used to run our raffle manually like printing physical tickets, designing a raffle page and mailing ticket stubs to participants. It took all that off our plate and customer support was available by email whenever we had questions! The software was easy to use and had all the features we needed, including Stripe integration for purchases. Plus automatic 'thank you' emails with ticket numbers saved us postage costs. All our data was real time and easy to upload for reporting. We still printed physical tickets and held a live drawing that raised over $17,000.

Cons

The raffle page template was tricky at first but we had 12 prizes and included photos, descriptions and links to donors' websites. So, yay!

“Great for fundraising

Pros

This software made sales for our fundraiser so simple and efficient. The dashboard showing funds raised was great to check every time we logged in. Being able to sell physical tickets and enter them later was very helpful and we used that feature. It was affordable for our needs and easy to tailor for our specific fundraiser.

Cons

For the most part, navigating the platform and getting support was pretty simple. However some features we needed like a QR code generator, weren't included with this and had to be bought separately. Our free trial ended just two days in, which caused a bit of chaos while we figured out and fixed the issue. We also expected the pick machine for selecting winners to have more options. Unfortunately it didn't offer any customization to fit our needs and didn't work on a MacBook.

I loved that entrants could easily self serve and get immediate confirmation of their purchase.

Cons

I have very little to dislike. The draw was simple but the training videos could be improved to reduce stress.

This tool made it easy to set up a quality raffle site. It worked perfectly from start to finish.

I have no dislikes, we have used it for three high end raffles with great success.

It is very consumer friendly, cost effective and also the payment integration made receiving donations so much easier!

Cons

If I had to pick one downside, it would be the selection process. Downloading a form and uploading it to another platform was tedious. We couldn't find instructions online.

“Efficient and solid solution

Pros

Creating a raffle and linking it with Stripe payments was quick. The support team answers questions fast and thoroughly. It is packed with features and easy to manage and draw winners. We will definitely use Raffle Creator again.

Cons

It would be nice to have a pricing tier between 100 purchasers and unlimited. More WYSIWYG controls or raffle page templates would be great but the platform offers enough control to manage. When adding manual ticket sales, duplicates can happen if there's network lag. We removed them manually but the platform should check for duplicates within a short time frame and block them.

From both admin and user sides, It is easy to use and their customer service exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was flawless. Everyone involved agreed this tool was invaluable.

My team and I agree we really didn't dislike anything about Raffle Creator.

Pros

It's very easy to use. Once the raffle is set up, we just share and promote it and It's way simpler and less time consuming than selling tickets in person.

Cons

It took me some time to get comfortable using Stripe to access and transfer funds.

Pros

I've been using their website for my annual raffles and I highly recommend it. The site is easy to use. With built in payment options, setting everything up isalso very simple. Whenever I have questions or issues their efficient team handles them quickly.

“Consistently giving great results for 5 years

Pros

The site loads and edits easily, customer service is exceptional and the final product is very user-friendly. I love how the tickets print. The support team always responds within 24 hours and is super helpful. The site tracks purchaser data well which is very useful. They can even copy an old raffle to make a new draft, saving time.

Cons

After 5 prizes, the rest are hidden behind a "see all prizes" button. If you have more than five prizes, be aware of this. I worked around it by putting all prize info and photos in the description box which was easy.

“Fast and easy to use

Pros

Setting this up was easy. Being able to copy a raffle is a huge bonus. Since this was our second bourbon raffle, we simply copied the previous one and swapped out the pictures and wording. Everything worked great. I really like the download report feature, it helps me keep track of all my ticket buyers and use that info for future follow-ups. Setting up through Stripe was also simple. The cost is very affordable compared to other services that charge a percentage!

Cons

I would like tickets to be numbered sequentially. Our state requires consecutive numbers so I have to download reports and assign numbers manually. It's not hard but takes extra time.
