good and free platform

Pros

The online chat support was really helpful and the platform itself is simple to use. I also appreciate that it's free.

Cons

Punch-A-thon pledges were not charged right away when punches were entered. When finalizing reports, it was difficult to identify which boxers had not yet had their punches entered. Since this was my first time using it, I would have preferred to talk with someone from the start to better understand how the Punch-A-thon worked, including what typically goes well and what challenges to expect soI could have been more prepared. Yes the chat support was good but a human rep wouldve been easier to communicate with

Very convenient

Pros

Our school community took to the platform right away and that made a huge difference. We got tons of positive feedback about how simple it was to browse the auction items, place bids and even turn on alerts when someone was outbid. That level of convenience definitely played a big part in making our fundraiser such a success.

fantastic virtual fundraising results

Pros

We used this platform for our National Sales Meeting in April 2025 turned out to be an excellent choice for virtual fundraising and we were genuinely excited by how well everything came together. The platform was user-friendly, customizable and visually appealing from beginning to end which kept attendees engaged and helped us generate meaningful support for the charity we selected. One of the biggest highlights was how adaptive it felt for both our internal team managing things behind the scenes and for the attendees taking part in the fundraising activities. From setting up the raffle and silent auction to running donation campaigns, the features were simple to configure and performed reliably throughout the event. their support team was outstanding too ,responsive, knowledgeable and truly invested in helping us succeed. They walked us through the process and made sure everything felt tailored, polished and professional. Even though this was not a for-profit event, we are proud that our chosen charity benefited from the generosity of our attendees and it played a big part in making that happen. The platform made virtual participation more engaging and accessible which added a fresh level of energy to the experience. We are already excited to use this platform again for future initiatives and would absolutely recommend it to any organization wanting a meaningful, modern and efficient virtual fundraising platform.

Cons

Theres a slight learning curve when first using the platform but anyone who has been using computers over the last several years should be able to pick it up in under an hour.

Pros

Customer service was excellent and the platform itself is easy to use. Everything in the form was simple to navigate and whenever I had a question, their team responded almost right away.

Cons

I'd suggest they add titles to the individual QR codes when they're uploaded.

Amazing for silent auctions

Pros

So I heard of this platform through word of mouth and even though I had never run a silent auction or created a website like this before, the whole setup felt very user-friendly and simple to navigate. From building the site to getting help from our Fundraising Specialist, every part of the process was excellent. She answered every question I had, guided me step by step through launching and going live and replied to my emails quickly whenever I needed help. She really made the entire experience feel effortless. I would absolutely recommend this platform to anyone wanting to create a silent auction site.

Cons

Right now i don't have any negatives to mention.

adaptive raffle tool

Pros

I hve been running a school-wide raffle with this platform over several years and its been really simple. It's very adaptive, adding images is quick and the whole setup works well both behind the scenes and for the people using it.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost. The fees are high which makes it harder to keep more of the money you raise. Ive tried cheaper platforms but I still end up returning to this one because, despite the price, it feels worth it.

Amazing chat support

Pros

Whenever I needed assistance, the chat team was quick to reply which was really helpful.

Cons

The percentage they take is probably a negative for me.. Ive also heard from coworkers that payment processing can be slow and receiving the check sometimes takes longer than expected.

Impressive online raffle results

Pros

My experience turned out to be a fun, simple and effective with them.. a good way to bring in donations. We used it for an online raffle and the whole setup process was simple, plus it was really convenient to share with our members and donors. By reaching out through our contact list and social media, we were able to raise a strong amount of money in a short time. We're already excited and planning for our next raffle in the spring.

Cons

I didn't run into any downsides at all. It went beyond what we were expecting.

overall great fundraiser sales platform

Pros

We had to run our first product sale without a vendor partner and it felt a little intimidating but this platform turned out to be a huge win for us. We were so happy with the experience that we're already planning to use it again for our next event to explore the peer-to-peer options. Since we had never set up a sales platform on our own before, we really weren't sure where to begin and finding this tool through Google ended up being exactly what we needed. The setup was incredibly simple and I actually completed most of it from my phone. It was also very user-friendly for our supporters which made a big difference. We really appreciated the option for donors to add a little extra at checkout and the Stripe integration made payouts incredibly convenient. Overall, it was an excellent platform for us.

Cons

There are just a few small backend details I'd love to see improved. The reporting itself is very good but having to request it by email, then open the link and download it each time became a bit tedious. As we got closer to the end of our sales period, I was going through that process 4 or 5 times a day so it started to feel a little inconvenient. I'd also love to see the organization description and social links automatically carry over from one Experience to the next. Still, those really are minor adjustments in the grand scheme of things ,it's a very efficient platform overall.

Raffles made fundraising better

Pros

Running a raffle through this platform felt much simpler than doing it the old way with paper tickets. We uploaded the raffle details and after that it pretty much handled itself. It really takes a lot of the hassle out of fundraising and the online reach helped us bring in more money as well.

Cons

All's good so far, I think the functionality could improve overall

Pros

Everything was reletavely simple. The one time I needed assistance, your customer service agent responded right away and answered my questions immediately.

Cons

There was just one issue with the photo upload feature that needed to be adjusted and I had to reach out to them for help with that.

adaptive platform!

Pros

The interface is adaptive and user-friendly, while the technology itself manages to feel simple to use yet still sophisticated and professional in appearance. It's also very easy to share across multiple devices, whether on an iPhone or a laptop. From a reporting standpoint, it's highly descriptive and exactly what I needed. The ability to export data is another big plus.

Noticable fundraising boost

Pros

This was our second year using the platform for the Lap-A-Thon and it worked really well for our small school. Even with a smaller community, we still managed to raise 40% more than we did last year. The site is simple to navigate and I'd definitely use it again.

Cons

A challenge was that we have many Spanish-speaking families and I didn't notice an option to make the site more understandable for them. Because of that language barrier, a few donations were submitted as per-lap even though that wasn't what the donors intended. We ended up having to cancel those donations entirely.

frustrating setup and poor communication

Pros

there wasn't anything positive about it. The setup took forever and the platform wasn't clear or upfront about what needed to be done.

Cons

It ended up wasting both my time and my donors' time and money. Communication was terrible and the site felt very disjointed and poorly organized.
