“Getting started was easy!
Pros
Getting started was easy. As the platform is very simple to use and it is even cheaper than our old system. Having our website, payment collection and member messaging all in one place has made everything run much more smoothly. So I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
I dont have a single complaint so far. The team we are dealing with is incredibly supportive, approachable and quick to respond.

Pros
I have been really impressed by how powerful and well-made this platform is. It has simplified our membership tracking, event coordination, purchases and communications so effectively that I am now helping a third organization I work with make the switch.
Cons
To be honest I have not run into any problems. Every time I have asked for help or a customization, the response has been both professional and effective.

Pros
Having all my client details, messages and event information in a single spot is the best. It just makes everything so much easier to handle.

There is a slight learning period since the platform is not as immediately easy as it could be for everyday users.

“great budget-friendly fit for our association
Pros
We were looking for a budget-friendly way to replace all our disconnected systems for running the association. This platform has been a perfect fit, it lets us automate our routine tasks and we were even able to rebuild our website so everything works together seamlessly.
Cons
We have had a few small problems, mostly from not knowing how to do certain things or features not working as expected. Changing our website address was our biggest challenge. The updates have been helpful though and we are excited for more improvements to managing our site and operations.

Pros
Before we used to handle all our membership records by hand but now the platform helped us modernize everything which makes it easier to manage members, collect payments and communicate with everyone easily.
Cons
I really cannot say anything bad about it. For a low-cost solution, it delivers the best value and makes managing our members so much more efficient.
