Certain aspects can be challenging, such as understanding how to navigate the file structure or customize page layouts, especially for new users. Integrating Eagle Space with existing business processes can also be challenging; different modules need to be configured correctly, and establishing a linkage between Eagle Space and existing systems is necessary.
