I love how easy it is to form small teams and manage small projects using Lumeer. The free version offers a multitude of possibilities with impressive results. also it is very intuitive.

Cons

I don't like how it becomes more complicated when used by larger teams. It's hard to organize and ensure everyone on the team adapts to the software.

Pros

Lumeer offers both free and paid subscription accounts. The paid subscription plan has everything our team needs for project management and collaboration. We particularly enjoy using the task tagging tools which allow us to assign responsibilities to specific users.

Cons

The simplicity and basic features of Lumeer are actually advantageous for us. We realized that some tasks can be accomplished using these simple tools rather than using overly complex ones to achieve the same results.

When I started using Lumeer, I never expected it to be so intuitive. It is self-explanatory and I can easily complete tasks and update them according to my preferences.

Cons

There are instances where the interface is unresponsive and it takes time to resolve the issue.

The templates are fantastic and the dashboard design is exceptional. It is a powerful management software suitable for businesses of all sizes which also makes navigation and usage a hassle free.

Sometimes I find it challenging to organize complex resources and processes effectively.

This app provides smooth integrations with tools like Sheets, Slack and G-Calendar. All this have worked exceptionally well for me.

Nothing in particular although some options were not easily visible or were hidden by other choices.

Pros

Lumeer provides all the necessary tools to organize projects and tasks. Collaboration is effortless and I didn't require much training to become familiar with its features. The ability to drag and drop batches of tasks to other projects is incredibly helpful, reducing errors compared to manual duplication.

Cons

Every project we launch using Lumeer is executed perfectly, so I have no complaints about its features and the integrations it offers. However I feel that the user interface could be upgraded.

Pros

The user interface is easy to use and there are plenty of templates available. It is a powerful tool for planning, organizing and collaborating with my team.

Cons

In my opinion it works great for simple projects. but there is room for improvement when it comes to more complex tasks. It is not bad at all but the smoothness experienced with simple projects is not replicated in complex ones.

Pros

With Lumeer I can efficiently organize and manage projects shared among multiple users. The internal messenger allows quick communication and collaboration with my team while working on projects or tasks. Deploying the software within our existing system was easy, requiring minimal configuration.

Cons

Lumeer is excellent for managing simple or basic projects and tasks but it is not easy to organize complex projects that require extensive resources and processes. If the software could incorporate a Kanban board it would significantly expand the range of project and task types achievable with Lumeer.

The UI and UX are fantastic and the free tier is perfect for small teams. Navigation is also simple and easy.

The product is a perfect fit for me and I have no complaints whatsoever.

It can be difficult to get the whole team to adapt to the new tool but this is a common challenge with any new tool.

Compared to other tools I prefer Lumeer. It's free for up to three users and adding projects and managing business tasks is a breeze.

Having so many of options makes it hard to find the right solution and choose the appropriate software for team collaboration. I was unsure which team collaboration tool would be the best fit for managing my team. I believe the support team can provide valuable assistance in this regard.

The more I explore and use Lumeer the more I fall in love with it. It is an excellent task organizer and even small businesses can benefit from the free version. The pre installed templates are delightful.

Cons

Initially it can be a bit tricky to use especially without much prior experience. However once you get the hang of it, it is quite user friendly.

I really love that all project related communication can be done within Lumeer. It is what that reduce the need for emails and meetings. The project map is easy to understand and provides a clear direction. Progress reports are useful and the visualizations greatly aid comprehension.

Cons

The interface differs significantly from that of other project management tools which results in a learning curve that needs to be overcome in the start.

What I love most about Lumeer is its lack of excessive features. It allows me to focus on what I need without being overwhelmed. The UI is fantastic.

Personally I wouldn't recommend this tool for large projects.

Planning and organizing tasks in a Gantt-style chart is quite easy with Lumeer. It is a valuable tool for daily use.

The limitation of the free version such as the restriction on the number of users is not suitable for personal projects involving more than three people.
