VPN and remote workstation integration can be challenging without dedicated IT support. Plexxis is working on a solution so this issue may be resolved soon.

What truly stands out to me is their exceptional support service. From the first call to issue resolution the experience is consistently pleasant. This to me is the softwares greatest asset. A special mention to our rep who is incredibly knowledgeable patient and friendly.
