It helps with onboarding vendors and features a product list. I can obtain data on vendors and invoices by downloading reports.
Cons
The software occasionally gets stuck and becomes slow. There are instances where it doesn't save our data, resulting in extra work.

The option to customize fields is helpful. The ability to enable/disable and rename features on PR, PO and Invoice Pages is beneficial. Approval flow can be managed based on locations and an amount matrix.
Cons
The finance modules require more detailed views. While basic features are available, the bank reconciliation feature would be beneficial.
