The process is simple and easy to understand and operate step by step.

It tends to hang when there are a large number of products involved in raising purchase orders or invoice accounting.

It helps with onboarding vendors and features a product list. I can obtain data on vendors and invoices by downloading reports.

The software occasionally gets stuck and becomes slow. There are instances where it doesn't save our data, resulting in extra work.

Pros

The option to customize fields is helpful. The ability to enable/disable and rename features on PR, PO and Invoice Pages is beneficial. Approval flow can be managed based on locations and an amount matrix.

Cons

The finance modules require more detailed views. While basic features are available, the bank reconciliation feature would be beneficial.

Customization costs are very high. It also takes time to set up and is slow. The team struggles to keep up with the growing business requirements. Some simple features are unnecessarily complicated, such as mapping locations and departments to users. Making changes to user mappings is also time-consuming.
