“Essential App for Apartment Residents
Pros
The best part of this app is that I no longer need to visit the maintenance office to pay bills or file complaint forms. It's very convenient to handle these tasks through the app. In ADDA, we can also book essential service providers like medicine, groceries, pest control, etc., which is very useful.
Cons
There's no option to pay rent online through this app. This feature should be added.

Pros
We've been using ADDA for almost six years now. The member invoicing module is very well-designed, providing quick resolutions to all issues in a residential complex, whether it's complaints, booking common facilities, or managing funds. The customer support is excellent, they respond immediately to any problems.
Cons
I used to dislike the app's UI, but the latest update introduced a very intuitive interface.
