Worst app for society ERP accounting

Missing Notification

Pros

ADDA is ad-free and boasts a clean, organized layout.

Cons

While visitor approval remains ADDA's core function, other features like expense management could be replaced with an Excel sheet, each with its pros and cons. Recently, notifications from ADDA have been inconsistent, some not received at all, others delayed or sporadic. I've raised these critical issues with the support team, but they've asked us to wait for a new release, which is unacceptable. Prompt notifications are crucial for security and social needs; delays could inconvenience residents and visitors alike.

Once you get accustomed to its "look and feel," it becomes quite user-friendly. Initially, it might require some guidance, especially if you're unfamiliar with it. I haven't used any other apartment payment system for comparison.

Cons

In my two years using ADDA, there have been instances where invoices weren't generated on the set trigger date, requiring intervention from ADDA staff. Correcting erroneous entries quickly isn't straightforward either; I've had to seek assistance. I've also requested face-to-face sessions with the helpful ADDA official to discuss features with our team, but there seems to be reluctance on their part.
