“clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
The timeline is really helpful because it shows what's coming up and exactly where each property sits in the process. It feels clear and simple and there's no need to guess where a property is at.
Cons
Getting hold of someone directly has been difficult. We've been dealing with teething issues for over a year and they're still continuing and there have been a lot of situations where we've had to come up with workarounds because so many processes aren't very user friendly. Going through the standard email support route has been frustrating too especially when we keep getting asked for screenshots again and again. As a company coming from other strong CRMs we've had to push through a lot of problems without having a dedicated contact person to go to for answers which has made every challenge feel much bigger than it needed to be. Photo uploads also don't keep the order they were entered in so they need to be rearranged manually and the image quality comes through lower than on other systems which creates issues on some portals. The screen layout also wastes a lot of space so we end up working with smaller text than normal. Many of the user options just aren't as easy as what we were used to before.

“Great dashboard and prospecting tools”
Pros
Right away the interface stood out especially how the CRM displays buyers against a property. It's very user friendly and clicking through to get more details feels quick and easy. The home dashboard gives an excellent snapshot of income and goals which makes it really useful for daily use. The integrated prospecting tools work extremely well and save a lot of time. Running reports is also very simple with excellent filters available.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is when entering contacts it can take a bit too long for the system to recognize a duplicate. It would also be better to have more sub text visible in the preview panel when viewing listings and enquiries.

Pros
It's really useful for collecting details, managing the database and keeping on top of reminders and tasks.
Cons
Figuring it out can be a bit tricky at times and there isn't an option to search across all categories.
