Easy and budget Friendly

Pros

For the past two years I've been using this software and the experience has been really good. The platform is user friendly, the service is quick and it's budget friendly as well.

Cons

There's nothing major that needs improvement apart from regular periodic updates. The reports section could be made better by adding more report generation options but otherwise everything else is good.

smart automation that delivers

Pros

The automation is the biggest highlight for me, it feels genuinely intelligent and cloud based. Rate updates, availability syncing and booking confirmations all happen in real time which has improved efficiency and helped increase revenue without adding extra work. The support team responds quickly and the setup process was much more simple than I expected.

Cons

To get the most out of it I'd really like to see smooth back end connectivity and complete independent access for the property. That would let us manage the platform more autonomously and make full use of its capabilities without needing outside assistance.

Everything needed in one place

Pros

After using it for two years, the whole system has been very simple to work with. It includes everything I need from the PMS and booking engine to the other tools required to manage things properly.

Cons

Each update has been a real improvement for the system. Whenever a new one comes out I notice useful new features being added and the platform keeps getting better and better.

Time saving setup

Pros

Software is very user friendly and its overall design is attractive. It also saves a lot of time when it comes to managing and taking care of guests.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. The system is presented well, gets updated regularly by the team and they continue to provide me with all the support I need.

Excellent support

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very simple and even new team members can begin using it right away without needing any training. On top of that the support team is the best we've worked with.

Cons

I'd still like to see more MIS reports focused on channel partner performance since that would help us make better business decisions and plan future strategies for selecting channel partners.
