user friendly channel manager

Pros

Their channel manager has been very user friendly and the customer support has also been excellent. It feels like a really good option for helping grow and upgrade the business.

Cons

At this point there's nothing specific I can say I dislike about it. I've only recently started using it so I'll have a clearer opinion after some more time with it.

Pros

getting started has been very simple and the customer support team has been consistently helpful whenever assistance is needed

Cons

app still needs improvement in terms of features and overall user experience. Changing reservation blocks is not as simple as dragging and dropping like it is on the website so the process feels much more inconvenient. Also adjusting prices for new reservations in the app cannot be done at all.

helpful support and solid value

Pros

One thing that really makes a difference is how responsive the staff is. Whenever we reach out and tell them what we need help with they handle it and support us well. That has been a big help for our team and it's a big reason our whole management is happy with the service.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. The software works well and at this price point and I don't really see much that needs improvement.

Friendly system

Pros

Managing the system has been easy and the interface feels very user friendly. It's exactly the kind of solution I was looking for. One thing that really matters to me is their support team and they've been responsive and helpful.

Cons

Difficult to point out any real weakness because it already covers everything I need. My only hope is that they expand to my country in the future.

Simple room management

Pros

Getting around it feels very simple and managing my rooms is simple from start to finish. The platform is also very well built and the graphics look polished and excellent.

Cons

I was happy with everything they offered. By the end of my experience there really wasn't anything I disliked.

Great value and fast support

Pros

Working with it has been a really good experience for us. It's an amazing platform to use and the booking engine and property management features are very user friendly. Whenever any issue or mistake comes up their team fixes it right away which makes it feel truly worth the money.

Cons

We haven't faced any issues while using it. Even if a mistake happens they correct it immediately so it still feels like very good value for money.

Pros

Getting started with this software is very easy and training staff to use it doesn't take much time at all. The pricing is also very reasonable.

Cons

The booking engine feels slow and it would help to have more templates available. Guests are having trouble completing bookings and because of that we're missing out on potential reservations.

Considering the price it offers excellent value and the way different functions are integrated is really impressive especially with how simple it is to use.

Cons

Booking engine works fine but it feels a bit dated and adding more features would definitely make it even better.

Easy interface and reliable support

Pros

Right away it feels very easy to use. The interface is clear, simple to understand and convenient to work with. It also offers a wide range of payment options which is a big advantage. Another strong point is the customer support whether through email or over the phone they are responsive and helpful.

Cons

An area that could be improved is the revenue reporting. It would be better if the reports were more detailed and included clearer descriptions across all revenue and financial sections.

Pros

Good value for the money with a nice set of features. The interface looks appealing, feels very user friendly and the team responds well to queries.

Cons

A few features still need improvement especially in POS where added items sometimes suddenly disappear. Other than that everything else works fine.

Gives good value for the money and the customer support team is highly capable and quick to respond. Managing payments for the service fees is also very simple.

Cons

Something that could be improved is the font size across the system. The text in many features is too small so I have to sit closer to the screen especially when checking reservation details.

Handling room rates and availability during peak holiday seasons is much more manageable, check ins are quicker and the reservation process feels much faster overall.

Cons

It would be even better if reservations could be handled offline and the system could be operated from anywhere while updating bookings and inventory in real time. Detailed reports showing where bookings are coming from and which platforms need more attention would also help improve performance.

Good Tenant Tools

Pros

After several months with this PMS it's gone beyond what we expected across the board. The cost feels very reasonable for how many features are included and compared with other systems we tested this one delivers outstanding value. The support team is quick, helpful and really knows the product. Anytime we've reached out with a question they've responded fast and guided us to a solution without any trouble. The platform is very user friendly even for staff members who aren't especially technical. Getting started was simple and it didn't take long for everyone to feel comfortable using it. Handling tenant profiles, leases and communication is simple and efficient. The built intools cut down a lot of manual work and save us hours every week. Having integrated payment processing is a major advantage. It makes rent collection much more convenient and transparent for both our team and our tenants. The interface is clean, modern and nicely laid out. Things are placed where you'd expect which makes daily use much easier. Overall this PMS has made our operations more efficient, strengthened our relationships with tenants and saved us both time and money. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Cons

There are a lot of features packed into the system so first time users may feel a bit overwhelmed at the beginning until they get used to how everything works.

Reliable OTA sync and support

Pros

After using their PMS and Channel Manager for quite some time managing our properties has become much more convenient. The interface is simple, all OTA bookings sync in real time and overbookings have stopped being a problem for us. Their customer support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The mobile experience could still use some improvement but overall it's a dependable and efficient solution for hospitality businesses. Definitely recommended!

Cons

The PMS and Channel Manager perform well overall though a few upgrades would make the system even stronger. A more responsive mobile app would help a lot with accessing things while on the go. At times there are syncing delays with certain OTAs and the reporting tools could use more customization options. With those improvements in place it has the potential to become one of the top systems available in the market.

Good PMS for hotel branches

Pros

Across our four hotel branches we've been using this software for nearly two years and it has worked really well for us. The PMS is easy and user friendly and whenever we run into an issue or have questions the team is always accessible and quick to help. Definitely recommended.

Cons

Overall everything has been good. The only limitation is that once the night audit process is completed they can't make changes if a staff member entered customer details incorrectly in it.

After working with this software for the past two years we've been satisfied with their channel manager solution. The platform is dependable, simple to use and it has really helped us organize and streamline the way we manage our distribution channels. Their team is consistently responsive, professional and attentive whenever we need support. They've proven to be a trustworthy partner and we would definitely recommend them.

Cons

One thing we'd still like to see is the ability to create multiple reservations across all room categories at the same time. It would also be helpful to have an option that allows check in for the following day.

revenue boost with attentive support

Pros

Working with them has been a positive experience overall. Their team was very attentive when helping us with issues around settings, listings, booking management and especially the API integration with our local payment gateway. Even though the process took more time than we originally expected the system is now working really well and has definitely contributed to improving our revenue.

Cons

The only downside was the response time which was a bit slow likely because different technical departments had to handle specific concerns. We understood that there were technical issues including bugs that ended up delaying the overall integration.
